We are pleased to share that we are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). If you have BCBS coverage, services may be billed directly to your insurance in accordance with your specific plan benefits.

At this time, we are out-of-network with all other insurance providers. Families using out-of-network benefits may request a superbill, which is a detailed receipt containing the information insurance companies typically require (diagnosis codes, treatment codes, session dates, and the amount paid).

Please note that a superbill does not guarantee reimbursement, as coverage varies by plan; however, many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network services.

If you plan to use out-of-network benefits, we recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about your specific coverage. We are happy to guide you on what questions to ask and how to submit a superbill.

A mileage fee of $2/mile is added for commutes beyond a 20 mile radius.

Evaluations

Our evaluations are comprehensive and individualized to ensure an accurate understanding of your child’s communication profile. Each assessment includes:

• Parent intake interview

• Review of medical, developmental, and educational history

• Formal and informal testing

• Language sampling and dynamic assessment

• Analysis of speech, language, and other communication skills (tailored to areas of concern)

• A detailed written report with results and recommendations

• A follow-up meeting to review findings and next steps
