A mileage fee of $2/mile is added for commutes beyond a 20 mile radius.

Evaluations

Our evaluations are comprehensive and individualized to ensure an accurate understanding of your child’s communication profile. Each assessment includes:

• Parent intake interview

• Review of medical, developmental, and educational history

• Formal and informal testing

• Language sampling and dynamic assessment

• Analysis of speech, language, and other communication skills (tailored to areas of concern)

• A detailed written report with results and recommendations

• A follow-up meeting to review findings and next steps

English-only Evaluation – $700

Bilingual evaluation – $950
(English, Portuguese, & Spanish)

Insurance & Superbills

At this time, we are a private-pay practice. We are actively working toward becoming credentialed with insurance in the near future.

Families may request a superbill, which is a detailed receipt containing the information insurance companies require (diagnosis codes, treatment codes, session dates, and the amount paid). A superbill does not guarantee reimbursement, but many plans offer partial out-of-network coverage.

If you plan to submit a superbill, we recommend calling your insurance provider to ask about your benefits.
